Horrible manners of lady with thick accent. who refused to give her name and hang up on me as I wanted to confirm if a patient of mine went there. If you don't know customer service you shouldn't be working with the public. Nasty
Very uncomfortable and sketchy practice. Young lady with the short hair was laughing at everything I was saying. Leaned over the table while looking at me in my face and still laughing. Not sure what was funny. Main lady at the desk asked extremely indiscreet questions as to make the other staffs laugh. Finally, Dr himself asked to pay $150 for a free annual physical and will refund once the claim is processed. This place isn’t a medical office. Its a circus!

I can’t say enough about Doc Abdou office, from the friendliness of staff’s that welcome you right when you enter the office, Dana which is attentive, patient, makes you feel comfortable and always there ready to help, to nurse practitioner Stacy that is always available to listen and compassionate. Doc Abdou is very knowledgeable, put you at ease, takes time to explain with details the diagnose and treatment(s), procedures to making a difference and explain condition, exceptional knowledge and overall trust.
Wont be visiting this location and dr again
