My primary Physician recommended I see a neurologist For my neuropathy, And referred me to Doctor Daoud. At first, I was not a fan, and when I needed to revisit a neurologist, I checked into seeing another. It would have been almost a year before I could get into a new doctor, so I gave in and went back to see Dr. Daoud, I am glad I did! Can never get through to a receptionist. Always spend 1/2 hour waiting to get someone to answer phone. Any where from number 4 to 9 in line. Takes forever for simple questions are make appointment. WONT GO BACK
It's a shame when you have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia by 2 different specialist and you start seeing this NARROW MINDED DOCTOR!!! Who doesn't have a clue to the disease or even tries to understand it. YOU SIR NEED TO FIND A NEW SPECIALTY!!!! All he seems to think is surgery or injections is going to fix your pain!!!! Well you are not very knowledgeable when it comes to this disease and need to be. Now on to the next doctor who hopefully is better that you Sir!!!!
My husband James was the patient, and the receptionist was either new or did not know how to do her job. She ask me twice for the same information. Dr. Daoud was very professional, however, a week or 2 after appointment, he ordered a Pet Scan, an EEG, a Psychological exam and had not mentioned anything at our appointment. I think that communication between patient and Providers has become less and less. They just order tests and without providing a reason. Needless to say we are not having the test done. Competent, kind physician who saw my husband. However, getting through to communicate with him or his nurse was fruitless. I left 3 voicemails. A Nurse Practitioner tried to contact him, leaving 2 messages and my physician’s office also tried to contact him, to no avail. That’s poor office management and may not even be his fault, but the fault of the management company.
