The Doctor's in this office have always been professional, but please beware of anyone from scheduling or the front desk staff. Someone from scheduling called to inform me that they must reschedule my appointment. After this I went in only to be turned away as my appointment was not in the system. This was not the first time this has happened. After being a patient there for seven years I will be finding a new primary care provider.
I went for a visit on 07/02, took x-ray and lab results. I was told that after my x-ray was read from the radiologist someone would give me a call. By 07/08/25 I still have not received a call, so I called them, and they state that the x-ray didn't show anything, and they will have a provider to look at it and call me. 07/11/25 I still haven't received a call, so I called to inquire.
