I came into Aylo in hickory flat yesterday extremely sick. I was seen quickly but the reason I am leaving this review is for the provider. I saw Dr Tirumalasetty. He was through which I appreciate but the difference was that he asked me, as a chronic illness patient with lupus, what I would like him to change or tweak to make his care plan and medications more effective. Awesome facility and staff.
I hardly see any cars in the patent parking area, I tryed calling their off on Hickery Flat HWY many times and following the proms no one one picked up the phone call, I called 3 times with in a hour or so, each time I waited for someone to pick up the phones about 10 minutes in each call, I know the few times I saw a doctor at that office they were at less 6 people at the counter and one person at the desk by the front door to help direct you .
