The staff here are so kind and helpful.The appt wait wasn’t long. The facility was nice and clean. I’ve been twice and Ms.Ambrana is always smiling and being kind.
Please be mindful of business’s practices of facility as they will not inform you if your insurance is not in network any longer and will allow you to accumulate bills for several months without notification. Very unsavory practices.
Both of my children have been under Dr. Hernandez care since 2022. She is an excellent provider. My 18 month old had a fear of the doctors office and experienced bad anxiety but was surprisingly calm around her. My son loves her as well.
Have been coming here for pediatrics since our son was 3 months and no complaints. I don't feel like we're a number and the staff listens and offers advice without me feeling rushed which is comforting for me as a first time mom. Sometimes the wait can be a little long but that's any doctor's office. Overall I am glad with the service we receive and recommend their pediatrics.
