Prior to today, I would have given Dr. Hernandez and her team a glowing review. However, after a collapse in their system and a nearly 45 minute wait, this team refused to see my daughter. Long story short: I scheduled an appointment. Someone from their office called my husband to clarify the type of visit we were anticipating. He deferred the call to me. I’m only giving 3 starts because Dr. Hernandez the pediatrician deserves 10. We’ve been with her for 2 years, even prior to the Aylo transition and boy oh boy. The phone operators deserve 0 stars. Since the transition phone operating staff lack communication, never respond to voice messages, completely clueless. As a healthcare professional myself I’m convinced these people are just random staff answering phones. You’ll be on hold forever just to get an unsure answer if anything.
