I was recently referred to Dr. Downing. She nice, listens, explains information well, and is thorough. The office has corrected the issue with rude and unprofessional staff. Brandy, the Office Manager has great follow through. She has been more than helpful with obtaining my medical records from my previous OB, returns calls, and is very proactive in resolving issues.
She is awesome. She clarifies each and everything. Very good gynecologist.
