I was recently referred to Dr. Downing. She nice, listens, explains information well, and is thorough. The office has corrected the issue with rude and unprofessional staff. Brandy, the Office Manager has great follow through. She has been more than helpful with obtaining my medical records from my previous OB, returns calls, and is very proactive in resolving issues.
She is awesome. She clarifies each and everything. Very good gynecologist.
My doctor referred my to Dr. Kimberly Moore but she is currently booked so they advised me to see Dr. Aylin Downey instead. The front desk staff were not welcoming at all. They lady asked me my name 5x that was clearly visible on the sign in sheet. The assistant was very warm and personable. While Dr. Downey was very sweet, im not convinced she is the professional for me. She didnt take the time to review my chart before seeing me. I'm so glad my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Downey. She's very sweet, gentle, and easy to talk to. I really appreciate how Dr. Downey patiently explained all my options for birth control and helped me narrow down which one would most likely suit me best.
Do not go here!!!! She performed my annual and the clamping device the doctors use on everyone to collect your specimen. When she was done using it , she used a santi wipe to wipe it off and placed it in her pant pocket and left out the room, no sterilization, no soap water wash, and to top it off she forgot to send my meds in to the pharmacy. If I catch something, Im sueing. This has to be a new doctor just out of Meds school. # Never Again !!!
