Just had one of there drivers almost kill me, reckless driving and awful employees, also don’t make your employees work 12 hour days 5 days a week, ridiculous would never recommend this company
Ayles Natural Landscaping Ltd. has been doing our landscaping for many years. Their staff is always friendly and professional both in the office and on-site.
Company is garbage, doesn’t tell employees how much they’re making until you start working there, and only paying $18 an hour for mowers. Makes there employees work in +40 heat, tells them to just drink water and find shade, makes them pay for there uniforms, job description says 8-6pm then makes them work 645-8pm sometimes so 13 hour shifts 5 days a week! I do not like to leave negative comments, but I would avoid this company.
Avoid this place. Super late for appointment with no apologies. Takes forever to quote. Acts rude when you follow up.
