Been twice now in the last 6 months. Impressed both times. Nice rich flavourful main dishes with a good depth to them. Nice amount of oil/ghee but not too oily. Nice interior decor. Only issue was the poppadoms being scooped out of a large 'vat' by hand by the waiter. It's been shut for the last month though and not sure why. No updates so concerned 'that's it' for the place. In the top 3 in Newcastle easily.

Lovely staff ,food just ok ,but it was so cold in the restaurant warmer outside had to keep coats on

I have walked past this restraunt a few times and thought we should try it and finally did the other week. What a great place , food was cooked to perfection. I had the Geordie chilli Chicken. Just the right amount of spice to enjoy it without being over powering. Rice was cooked to perfection. Staff really friendly and the place was spotless. We will be back again. Tha ks again for a great night.

Lovely food, great service, well priced. We stumbled across it whilst on a pub crawl around the town, glad we did as it was very pleasant.

The menu given to us mid week was not the same as the one online which had a better choice of vegetarian dishes. The mid-week menu was very limited and 'meat-heavy' so we did not stay to eat. Staff said they did not know what the online menu included.
