Not personable in the least. Typical condescending Dr. Misdiagnosed what could have been critical. Tried 4x to get a refill for arthritis pain that i had been taking for 6 mo. She said I'd have to see a pain specialist ! The medication does not require a pain specialist to prescribe it ! Her NP prescribed it to me 6 mo ago with great results. I now sit with terrible shoulder and knee pain ! !...Needless to say, I've got a new Dr ! Yay !!!

Tammie Rafala provided me with excellent service. She was kind, personal, professional & very attentive to my needs. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable & my experience was wonderful. In my opinion, managers like Tammie are hard to find & should be rewarded, recognize & given incentives & bonuses for work that is above & beyond her job description. Thank you again, Tammie
Terrible experiences over years, I kept trying but this office makes it so difficult; after turning 35 I wanted to have yearly check ups, instead of the office/Dr ordering your blood work ahead of time, you have to make an appointment, where there is nothing to discuss because blood work is not back, at that appointment, they order your blood work. Something troubling came up on mine, since I had already had my appointment, I called to talk to the Dr about it, the response was, “you have to make an appointment for that.” The... read more
