Terrible experiences over years, I kept trying but this office makes it so difficult; after turning 35 I wanted to have yearly check ups, instead of the office/Dr ordering your blood work ahead of time, you have to make an appointment, where there is nothing to discuss because blood work is not back, at that appointment, they order your blood work. Something troubling came up on mine, since I had already had my appointment, I called to talk to the Dr about it, the response was, “you have to make an appointment for that.” The... read more
Both my mom and I have been going to Dr. Gani for many years. She is very thoughtful and works with you where you are. I have found that no matter how frustrating insurance can be, the office will work with it. The nursing staff is good to respond to messages sent through the portal, and I have yet to have an issue with my pharmacy since using the portal. Since taking over my healthcare, my need to visit specialists has greatly reduced and I’m tons healthier.
I have found Dr. Gani to be very kind sincere and thorough. I feel very fortunate to have found her
Dr.Gani rarely looks up from her computer screen to actually talk to her patient. And getting a refill on a prescription didn't happen, even after 1 week and 4 phone calls.
