I was at your E.R on 2/7/15. My experience was the best ever visiting an E.R. From seeing the triage nurse to the doctor. Dr Ketan Patel took the time to explain what was happening to me-he even drew a diagram so that I could understand better. As the nurses passed my bed each one inquired as to my well being. Please let the staff know that I really appreciated the care I was given and that I wish them all continued success.
