I'm only giving 5 stars because I see the review. She's supposed to be my primary dr but I'm trying to locate her. She's not at integris hospital as stated on my insurance. Where do I locate you ma'am?
Rushed the whole 3 minutes of the appointment and didn’t listen at all. There were issues with the home study equipment that affected the results, and those concerns were dismissed. Talked over me the entire 3 minute appointment.
As for getting an appointment, it was quick and easy. Day of the appointment, I maybe talked to the doctor for all of 3 minutes and it was over. But as for office staff, this has to be the most incompetent office staff I've ever dealt with. And that's saying something since I worked in the medical field for 5yrs... After waiting over a month asking them to correctly sign and send over a referral I gave up. I will be starting over and finding a new doctor and office to deal with.
