This office staff doesn't answer the phone, they don't call back, they don't do their jobs with pretty much anything, including insurance. The PA is one of the rudest women up there. The dr is nice for the most part but the rest of the staff is lazy or rude. Has to be one of the most unprofessional groups of people I've ever encountered. They treat people terribly even when they are just trying to get these people to do the jobs that they are PAID TO DO. Dr. Kanwal is great, the staff is incompetent and they need an office manager or this practice will be closing.
Office manger ruins it honestly. I’ve gone for years and always paid a certain amount copay but last time I went they tried charging me three times more than my copay but refused to verify with my insurance and wouldn’t see me if I didn’t pay the full amount so I walked out. I wasn’t going to pay crazy amount to just talk to a nurse when I know how much I pay every visit for them to take forever to pay me back. Had my first appointment today, I absolutely love her and her staff! I couldn't have had a better experience. I am so thankful to have found this clinic!
Dr. Kanwal's office charged me a specialty copay in error and will not provide a refund. My insurance does not require a copay for these appointments and when I pushed back on paying, I was told that I could confirm with my insurance and call back to get it refunded. I have been calling weekly since November 8th (going on 3 months) and have been given the run around and am still waiting for a reimbursement of the $125 paid that I did not owe. Will be changing specialists and DO NOT recommend going here.
