My grandpa passed away. My mom was assigned as executor and hired Ayer's and Stotle. They closed on the home 2 weeks ago. All communication has come to an end and Scott has been out on sick leave, had a death in the family, and then hospitalized. The check has been picked up and she hasn't received a penny. Everyone else has been paid. She's received nothing but excuses. After these concerning events, I did further research. They're NOT BBB accredited. Also, a few other former clients have had this experience.
