We leased a commercial property in Wangara through Ayers Real Estate from 30/08/21 -01/10/22 Over time, conditions deteriorated so badly that it became impossible to work safely or professionally. Absolutely disgusting people, will never be using them again
If I could choose no stars, I would! From start of lease property reports being wrong, to things not being fixed, then demanded tenants to fix issues. Invoices being wrong or over exaggerated, expectations of tenants being unreasonable. The list goes on & on!!! Told we had to paint the outside the building, even though there is the remnants of the old tenants signage still there. Let alone demanding we replace broken things that were clearly broken before we leased it. Dont think they even looked at the pictures THEY took at... read more
