It’s hard to find the words for how highly I recommend Charlie Ayers. My wife and I hired Charlie for a new construction and could not have possibly hoped for a better experience. Charlie is attentive, patient, very responsive, and at every stage of the process he under-promised and over-delivered. On top of that, the quality of his work is top-notch from start to finish. Google needs to work on adding an option for 10-stars for those that truly deserve it, and Ayers Homes is most certainly that. Thank you Charlie!
Loved working with Charlie and our home is stunning. He was always available when we needed him, he gave us great advice, and we loved all of the resources he recommended, especially Lynda at Viewpoint Design (cabinets) and Ceasar at Ferguson for our plumbing and lighting. His work is exceptional.
We first met Charlie Ayres 20 years ago when we were building our home. He was working for another company and was the superintendent on the job. 2020 we decided to add a Cabana with a fireplace to the backyard. We hired Charlie to build an in-law suite addition on our property. It was approximately 650 square feet, including a kitchen, living space, bathroom, bedroom and utility room. I called multiple custom home builders and Charlie was the only one to call me back immediately. Charlie is extremely knowledgeable and detailed in all of his work. If you can dream it, Charlie can build it for you. His ideas are unique and innovative, and the execution is flawless. He recently built a gorgeous summer kitchen and now I’m ready for him to build ours next. You can’t go wrong with Ayers homes!
