Note: All the positive reviews were based on former employees there. They were great but now that Phil is running the place, it isn't the same. If he was honest, he wouldn't have to keep posting he is.... the former staff were amazing and cares about the customers. He doesn't stand behind his work (even when the parts have a warranty am told) and blames customers. He also discriminates against special needs. This is our first time using Precise Auto Service but we will definitely be back. They do great work and very reasonably priced. Very nice people to deal with.
Wonderful garage to go to and the new management and staff are very nice and knowledgeable and they treat you very well. This is my fourth time doing business with them and I am highly satisfied.
Cannot recommend these guys enough, Called late on a Friday evening and was able to drop car off over the weekend. They started working on the vehicle that following Monday. They’re very communicative and honest as well as have great prices. Only shop I will trust with our vehicles now!!
Quality and professional car care. Go see David Suggs. It's also a great place to get a second opinion, you might not need as much work as you thought.
