Ayer and Goss has the nicest delivery guys and the most realistic, customer-friendly phone representatives! I've never had a complaint, only a question. I was treated with respect and a bit of humor, felt like I was talking to a friend, not just a company. That's refreshing!!!

Not a great experience at all. Called in to have a tank set up and filled. It is an RV permanently set up in a full barn. They sent out two technicians to do a site inspection. We had a great conversation, everything was talked about, they had a full understanding of what we were doing. Called to get in the delivery schedule as they said. The woman was on vacation so had to wait nearly a week. Called and was told she needed to speak with the technician and I would get a call back. I did not.
