Not a great experience at all. Called in to have a tank set up and filled. It is an RV permanently set up in a full barn. They sent out two technicians to do a site inspection. We had a great conversation, everything was talked about, they had a full understanding of what we were doing. Called to get in the delivery schedule as they said. The woman was on vacation so had to wait nearly a week. Called and was told she needed to speak with the technician and I would get a call back. I did not. Amy is a rock star! She was so informative, patient and professional. We're new home owners who have never dealt with propane heating so we had 100000 questions, she was happy to answer every single one (multiple times lol). Excellent customer service!
