I have autism and he yelled at and shamed me for asking too many questions. And it was in front of another customer so it was really upsetting and embarrassing. 2 because he did fix the car. UPDATE someone helped me pay for the bill because I can't come up with $1,300 in1 day. After I left the 2 star review (which was more than generous because he has by far the worst customer service "skills" I've ever witnessed) he called the person and got them to ask me to change my review 🤣 There, I changed it.

We have had my family's vehicles serviced by Ayer Auto Repair for several years and could not be more impressed with this place. The owner, Kamal, is kind and professional and extremely honest. I have grown to trust him implicitly. The repair prices are very reasonable. If you are in the area this is definitely where you want to go for having your vehicles serviced.
Failed an inspection but I respect their values. They take pride in what they do and will not pass a vehicle that should not be cleared. Will repair the requirements and return for a free reinspection.
Beware beware, do not take your car here for an inspection unless you want a rejection sticker!!! Go anywhere else take my advice and save yourself a headache!
