Awful experience with Ayelet Tours. I’ve had to contact them countless times just to get a confirmation that my reservation was canceled. I still don’t know if it’s officially canceled. I would not recommend this company. I was not happy at all with their customer service

Ayelet was excellent. I tried to retract my previous post from seven months ago but was unable to do so. Instead, I'd like to give Jeff at Ayelet a lot of praise. Even though my temple was unable to go to Israel due to COVID, Jeff was able to help my temple and me with our refunds. I look forward to working with them in the future.

What an amazing virtual tour to Jewish Spain with Ayelet! Each week, for five weeks, we "visited" a different region in Spain and explored the dynamic history of Jewish life. The five tour guides were exceptional! They peeled back layers of civilization, and brought astonishing insight to their presentations. My temple was signed up to take a tour of Israel with Ayelet. Unfortunately, due to the virus, the trip was canceled. I spoke to Doron at Ayelet many times about getting my refund back. He promised that I would get my $500 back. It's been a month now and I still have yet to receive my refund. There are many tour companies that travel to Israel. Don't waste your time with this company. If they lie once, they will continue to lie.
