Professional service - my carpet looked brand new after they were done!
The lack of professionalism. I Called Monday , received a call back and set up an appointment for a someone to come give me quote. No one showed up. I called about 10 mins after the set appointment time had passed which was 930am and called again around 12noon. No answer, no call back, no explanation as to why no one came to my appointment.
Samantha did an amazing job. She cleaned everything. It is obvious that she has experience under her belt. I didn't need to tell her what to clean or where the dirt was, she saw it and attacked it immediately. Excellent united family business. They're well coordinated. It's a family of many trades.
