If you need something from the office, forget it. Had an operation coming up and I needed to get records from 3 Dr's I had dealt with prior. 2 Dr's sent records the next day. Called for a week and left messages at dr poolis office and finally had to go in person to try and retrieve them. They said the records person wasn't there and that they would let her know to call me. That was 2 months ago. It's like they they are paid to be useless. This clinic is honestly a horrible place. It doesn’t look nice at all — the waiting area is overcrowded, with people sitting almost on top of each other and no real space to wait comfortably. When I tried to follow up about my medicine, the operator was incredibly rude and completely unwilling to listen. The service overall is just terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Aydin Pooli is an excellent and knowledgeable urologist. He is patient, kind, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. My parents felt comfortable and well cared for under his expertise. Highly recommend .
Hi I have bad experience like last year. She 1. his stuff best. But the problems is he have like 2 to 3 office but some so his stuff from A office their issue with B office. Let talk about see I respect peoples but all stuff and different office work together. Some will tell you different things the place I went did surgery was far. I live in Long Beach place is Burbank. Treatment wise not good
