Had parts needed at remarkable prices
Bought a new Scag Turf Tiger from Russell Aycock, mower had .5 hours on it. When I got it home and tried to use it it had a burning smell and error codes popping up. I brought the mower back in hopes to either swap with a new mower that was the exact same or get my money back. They have since refused to refund my money, hung up on me while discussing, and have had the lawn mower for days trying to fix it with no update.
