Good guys; courteous, knew what they were doing, needed DWP to fix wires from pole.
Service was excellent very professional and well done but the cost was much much higher than I anticipated and then estimate would not be given prior to the visit. So the costs were a surprise!!!
Carlos was very professional and helpful. Would strongly recommend.
Amazing experience!!! The high winds knocked my palm tree down and it ripped the power lines down as well. LADWP put them back up but said I needed to get an electrician to get the power back on. I called two other electricians who quoted me a ridiculous amount of money to fix the issue and restore power. No empathy or compassion about the situation at all.
