I can't speak for anyone else but if you think that you going to be able to get in and see the doctor you kidding yourself. I've been canceled three times so finally I'm just like how about since it's January why don't you schedule me for December that way I don't have to be canceled you want to see the doctor you want results you want to know what's wrong with you but you'll never be able to get in what a freaking waste of time.
Ayaas Lung Clinic demonstrates a striking level of incompetence, starting with the unfriendly and rude lady at the front desk. The staff's unprofessional behavior is compounded by their consistent failure to answer phone calls, making it nearly impossible to get in touch with them. This terrible place falls far short of the basic standards of a healthcare facility, leaving patients frustrated and underserved.
I could never get anyone on the phone to book an appointment and then finally received a text to book. Made an appointment for 9am and was the first patient of the day. My vitals were taken promptly and then I was placed in a room. By 10:30, 1.5 hours after my appointment time, I came out of the room and let them know I was still waiting but had to return to work. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
My Father-in-Law had to wait over 90 minutes in the waiting room today (10/12/2023). NO ONE checked on him. NO ONE updated him. I get you have an office to run, but just a simple "hey we haven't forgot about you" would have been helpful. Y'all work on the lungs right, the two bags of alveoli behind the chest wall?
