We had an accident few years back where someone hit us badly from the back on a freeway. We did had to go though physical therapy and get done MRI because the impact was major that effected our body parts. Hopefully, in the future I can go back and edit my review when this is all over. As of right now I'm having a much different experience from what the previous people have posted. I feel rushed during phone conversations and I don't feel informed at all. When I was calling, it was very hard to get someone on the phone. We had to result to emailing.
