The excellent communication skills and conscientiousness Josh has sets the bar at a higher level than I have experienced. I was coming across the country, unfortunately I was also on a schedule. We have nothing but good things to say about the storage property and how Josh manages it. We stored our fifth wheel there for about three years, and we actively saw Josh working around the property almost every time we came to pick it up for a rental dropoff. Access after hours was easy enough, just a phone call for the exterior gate. And having the dump and fill station right there was a huge benefit for us.
