I think they have good insurance prices, I've just had some bad customer service experiences with them. I was told I'd get a 10 day notice in the mail of them cancelling my policy, when I received it in the mail, my insurance was already 2 days expired and I had to pay a hefty fee to renew it. A better mode of communication like email would be nice. Also, don't expect the workers to sound happy to talk to you on the phone or say "you're welcome" or "of course" when you say thank you, they'll often just say bye and hang up. I... read more
