bad customer service
Called in to cancel my insurance after the price was raised and wanted to make sure I was all good to transfer. Representative said I was all good to go next thing I know I have a collection for $45 from them.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I arrived and there was a makeshift sign on the door that read “out to the bank, will be back at 1:30”. The clerk, attendant or whatever she’s called did not come back at 1:30 and she strolled in with a big fountain drink and a bag from Circle K like it wasn’t over 100 degrees outside. She is the only one here and I have been waiting to be helped in a queue that is now three people long. Three people were waiting for this woman in the heat.
