Really disappointing on how bad she messed up my taxes. I didn’t receive my tax return last year due to her incorrectly filing my taxes. Now they are auditing me for my 2020 taxes. Expecting money that never come really put a strain on me and my family. I had full confidence in her being that she has always done my family’s taxes and my father’s taxes who just passed away. Ana has had many loyal clients over the years which speak VOLUMES about her business. She genuinely wants to help her clients and it’s unfortunate to see some of the negative reviews on here. The WORSTTT experience ive ever encountered. Very unorganized as well as unprofessional. Ana "filed" my taxes or so I thought. Went in april 25th, she filed them the end of may (while it was almost impossible to get in contact with her, almost felt like she was ignoring me) then gave me my paper work and claimed my taxes were filed and I paid.
