I bought a new home and Mariano installed the original gate and opener on it. After about 6 months of working off and on he said he would install a new gate opener which would cost several thousand but not have any problems. So I pay and he installs a Lift Master. 6 months later It stops working and now he refuses to honor his work with a warranty.
