the only thing i can complain about is the pricing (though i didnt pay), but the staff were amazing & so was the atmosphere. im honestly shocked they were empty with how at-home and at peace i felt while getting my hair done. i almost fell asleep in the chair! they're super receptive to alterations (didnt hot comb when i asked for no heat), and overall i liked the experience.
Unbelievably unprofessional! I don’t even know where to start, I called to schedule an appointment for the next the day lady asked want type braids am I interested in getting? sent her a picture, she called me back and ask if I am available today that I should come in, I was pleasantly surprised, I asked NOW? she said YES come in, as soon as I arrived, she asked are you the one getting the braids?
