Aya has been my go-to agency since the beginning. Ricky Lowdermilk is my recruiter and he is top notch! Very tentative and reliable. Sometimes I even text him on weekends and he responds. He’s got a great attitude and always stays positive even in this time of nursing job shortages. He helps me with problems that are out of his reach by either telling me how I can get it done or he’ll go and figure it out through his agency staff. I definitely would recommend Ricky to fellow nurse traveler!
