In September I scheduled a new patient appointment for my mother. The first available appointment was Dec 26. Four months away. We took it. A couple weeks before her appointment they called and rescheduled for Feb. My mother rearranged other doctor appointments to ensure she could get in to see her. Today Jan 10 they called and say doctor is no longer accepting new patients! This woman has waited and wasted FOUR MONTHS for this appointment. Totally unprofessional!
I would give 0 stars but at least 1 was required to make a review. DO NOT BOTHER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS PRACTICE OR DR OLEJEME!! I had a new patient appointment made in October for Dec 26,2024. I questioned and confirmed at the time that the office and Dr Olejeme would be open the day after Christmas. I was assured I would have my appointment. Since I was in need of a new primary care, I set my family plans for Christmas to accommodate the 12/26 appointment. She is a loving and caring physician. I’m so glad she and her husband decided to practice in Ocala. Awesome doctor, I would highly recommend.
