I had an appointment booked in advance and drove 25 minutes to this location. When I arrived, I was told that my nail technician was running late and asked if I would be okay with having my nails done by her trainee instead. I found this very unprofessional. If there was a scheduling issue, I should have been informed before I left so I could decide whether to reschedule or keep my appointment. Very expensive for such a disappointing service. They push you to book with a “pro technician,” but the quality was no better than with the regular technicians. Even the sides of my manicure were left unfinished. The worst part was the front desk staff and the manager, they have absolutely no customer service skills. There are plenty of other salons that provide much better service and results for a fraction of the price. My friends and I definitely won’t be coming back!!

🚩Shocked and extremely disappointed ‼️ I was a loyal customer for over a year, spending more than $200 every month on manicures and pedicures. I was always on time and never canceled an appointment. The only time I had to cancel was because I gave birth at 5:27 a.m. the same morning as my 10:00 a.m. appointment , and they still charged me a cancellation fee rather than reschedule another appt for me. No EMPATHY, no APPRECIATION for loyal customers. This salon is purely transactional. I would not recommend this salon !
