Very quick action and response
I’ve been living here for almost 2 years. It’s generally a safe area compared to many others in the Bay Area. The staff is all really nice. Caleb, Efraim, and Sergio from the maintenance team do a fantastic job of ensuring the property is clean and safe. I hardly ever have to submit tickets and whenever I have they’ve always been addressed super quickly and efficiently which is always appreciated!

The maintenance team is always quick to support and reliable. They have fixed my stove, oven, disposer and tap. No matter how small the problem is, they always handle it with great care.
