Update: Changing back to 4 stars temporarily. - I have confirmed that there are staff patrolling to put your packages into lockers. They did that really quick every time. - The mailroom is still not locked, this is great, like they are not forcing anyone to sign up and less inconvenient for delivery and USPS. Hopefully they won’t lock it forever. It is really unnecessary. Changing my rating from 4 stars to 1 star in March 2026. Very clean and modern community. Residents are friendly and Tida the property manager was very helpful.
I'm writing to formally express my frustration with the growing number of fees that seem to be added on top of an already significant monthly rent. First, the Luxor package service charges $5 per resident simply to collect packages — a basic convenience that should be included. Second, the AYA utility billing structure requires residents to cover not just their own apartment utilities, but also a share of the building's common area usage — gardening, pool, gym, hallways, and more.
