Honest update after move-out: We moved to Leya, and all our packages have been delivered exactly as expected to the Luxer One parcel room (FOR FREE!! Well, as it should be). The delivery experience across all carriers has also been significantly smoother. Greedy company that cares only about profit. Will ignore you when trying to speak with them.
I rarely post a review but this is a must-do. Lived here for 4 years and just moved out. Honestly, this management team does not respect their own word and is extremely careless about their residents. They initially double-charged me for the final 3 days in August on my move-out statement, and also charged me cleaning fee after I had the apartment professionally cleaned with a steam machine. Very disappointing experience with this apartment complex and AYA Management. I reported a serious issue involving the pool/jacuzzi after finding feces in the pool, and I became sick afterward. Instead of addressing the actual health and sanitation concern, management focused on whether I was listed as a resident and did not properly address my complaint.
