I have been living in this community for over half a year, and my experience has been very positive. Every time something in my home needed repair, the maintenance team responded quickly and took care of it efficiently. For example, they helped me fix a clogged drain, the refrigerator light, and even the dryer. Caleb, in particular, has been professional and responsible — always making sure the job is done right. I really appreciate the prompt service and the care they put into maintaining the property

Latest Updates: The exterior wall painting keeps ongoing for almost 2 months and the management team did a poor job in updating the progress and letting the resident know if they can put back their personal belongings back to the balcony they paid rent for. It’s really bad communication especially blocking residents way to their own balcony and I can hardly know what happened from my blinded window and balcony. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. The water gets shut off frequently — how are we supposed to shower, cook, or even flush the toilet? And if that’s not enough, they sealed the windows shut with plastic film — I haven’t seen the outside world for a week. It feels like living in a prison. I’m actively looking for a way to move out. Seriously, don’t rent here unless you want to lose your sanity.
