Staff used to be amazing, now very rude and dismissive. Rather than providing customer service they’ll act like they don’t understand then talk shit in your face in their language. Too many other nail shops around who are respectful and take pride in the service they offer. Like, Brooklyn Nails a couple doors down…always busy but never rude.
