I had ordered party tray on July, 25th. I was told that 1 hour before picking up, I should call them to remind my order and I did it. When I got there, my order wasn't ready. The old guy who helped me was very rude. I like the food but I will never come back anymore.
We have been here many times. Best half chicken, pupusas, sandwiches, and churros in the valley. The servers are very efficient and kind.

July 7, 2026 We bought 5 orders of chicken paid $180.00 we didn’t expect to only receive 4! We had a family gathering in memory of my father and we were short on food. When we called they were closed. Next day we called they said to bad it’s not our problem! since they kept our receipt we could not provide it. And the guy who answered the phone was very rude and just cut us off and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service.
