Great place to do buissness had a buyer for my house and went 2 weeks with a title company then they cancel prior to axxis and as soon as they got the contract and they went to work.. with in about 6 days they had my stuff ready to wrapp up chris at the title place big help answered all of my questions .. and never once had a problem with him saying i was clueless to this he answer it promptly and got us to close thanks Axxiss title... would recommend if u have any complicated title issues.
Chris Wilson and his team are absolutely fantastic to work with. They are dependable, professional, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Communication is always clear and timely, and their commitment to getting things done right truly stands out. On top of that, they’re genuinely friendly and easy to work with, which makes every transaction that much better. Highly recommend!
They do not answer the phone or keep you updated on transactions! They don’t even return emails!
Several days after the closing, I got a call that something I had while there was needed After I refused to drive back, they agreed to send someone to my house. I was told they did not know it was needed during the closing.
