Axton Fleet has the best customer service and team. I have a Ram 2500 that i purchased last year and Axton had installed a headache rack, fuel tank and front/rear bumpers prior to me buying it. Since I have purchased my truck Axton Fleet as taken care of my lighting issues i have had on my truck without questing anything. The Axton team is top notch. I've been dealing with Heather and Steven for our upfits at the Brown Ram Truck Center to great success. The service has been expedient and professional. I have literally done a TON of business with Axton Fleet. They have gone to location when something wasn't right. They have bent the rules when I miscommunicated my order and they helped me to make it right. They have stopped production and put me to the front of the line when I have been in a crisis, (which I rarely ask them to do). Their work ethic, along with their quality and Service are superb and in my 25 years at Jordan Ford, this is what I look for when forming partnerships.
