This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. While I did eventually receive my order, it was not worth the time and stress involved in doing so. I can't speak for anyone else, but when ordering from this company I dealt with extremely long response times, and having to CONSTANTLY reach out to get even the most basic info. Poor customer service. This is a scammer of a company. Item was paid but did not ship the item. Can’t contact anyone anymore on their 800number and no replies back from email as well. This company needs to be sued
I talked with someone who said they were Ed Kasanders, sales rep of Axtion Fitness Tech and communicated back and forth via phone and email so I could place an order for a product. He sold me the product, charged my credit card, and then never provided the product. I couldn't get a response from him or anyone else at the company via phone or email. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I wanted to buy a StepmaniaX cab. I emailed Axtion to see if they had the cabinets in stock and Ed Kasanders told me that they did, which turned out to be a lie. A few days later I asked for tracking information, he then tells me that there was misunderstanding and he couldn't send the machine until 3 weeks later.
