I walked in to get a prescription there was no one at the counters to be waited on.Went to the pickup counter and the young lady was standing there and she said go to the next counter. Went to the next counter and the young lady there was on the phone. She pointed for me to go to the counter where I was just at. A third cashier came out and helped a lady that just walked in checking her out. I’m still standing with out being waiting on! Axtells has no customer service values to the customer! I felt like they pulled a bait and switch on me. I called and got a price on a medicine and when I went to pick it up it was substantially higher. When I questioned the price, I was told take it or leave it. They were rude and slow. Do NOT recommend these people.
