Great experience with this clinic! Dr Musuka is a very thorough and professional doctor who provides experienced evidence based care. Reception staff Kiara was extremely kind, friendly and respectful.
I have had the worst experience with the Receptionist called Kiara! Have been waiting for a call for nearly 2 weeks, which my Specialist sent thru on the 22 May, I call to see what is happening on 10 June! Kiara told me that she does not have a referral for me! So I go back to my Specialist office and advised it was definately sent on 22 May! An hour later I get a call from Kiara to tell me she HAS NOW FOUND IT! NO APOLOGY! I will now just go in the pile for Dr Musuka to see if I can go on a wait list or it will be 6-8 month... read more
I’d like thank Dr Muhammad Aaqib for listening to my problems and being open minded. Even if our opinions differ in regards on some parts of my complicated diagnosis, he is listening, caring and taking proactive stance on diagnosed disease management. He’s also very accomodating on making further research and investigations not like other “specialists”. I find his ingenuity for medicine use across multiple desease very well through. Spoke to the lady on reception today to get help with an admin issue that was not fault of theirs. She went above and beyond to help me quickly. I didn't catch her name but was very impressed and grateful for her help!
I do not normally post reviews for health services, but felt I needed to put my 2c in here. As someone who has lived with chronic pain for the better part of two decades, finding Dr Aaqib was a huge relief. I was fitted in on a cancellation and was able to have a much-needed procedure performed. Today, I am pain-free from the eye pain I have had for over a month straight.
