Terrible customer service, unresponsive, dismissive and rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have called for 3 straight days, 3 times each day, and left messages still no response on my dental insurance. Its ridiculous.
Terrible customer service! Unresponsive & unreliable… they make constant mistakes on the state of their employees employment. Don’t bother using this company. Find a company that values its employees and customers.
My company has been using Axiom for 3 years now, and I'm so grateful each and every day for them! Every time I call in, I get a real person answering and helping me immediately - such a change from the days when we were with ADP or Paycom and we would be on hold for hours! Axiom has always been there for us and I can't thank them enough!
Trey and his team have taken such great care of us from the start and all the way through. We're now up and running all on our own! They delivered on everything they said they would. I'm truly impressed! They really care about us and make us feel valued. Thank you!!!
