A.Axner has been my attorney for 33 years. I agree he does send a lot of follow up mail and if you have the ability to file, do so. You never know, someday, all of that mail may be a source of help. I do not agree with the way he treated me. Being constantly undermined and disregarded. I do not recommend this attorney. He constantly sent out paperwork that was unnecessary to charge me more fees.. and drag my case out as long as possible. My general feeling is this highly unacceptable and unethical. He asked me to sign off and pay him before he presented me a bill that I asked for many times in advance. I have yet to receive said bill... Or the remainder of my money that is in escrow.
