Scheduled an appointment with him for a Wednesday. He called and rescheduled for 8am Tuesday. We had the trailer inside and ready for him. He arrived promptly at 750am (before we open) and left by 8:06am yelling and texting we wasted his time because he had to wait until we were open. While I can’t speak on the job he would do; the customer service is terrible.
