Awful customer service! Had my car towed for no registration and insurance which I was working on getting the guy who picked up the car extremely rude yelled at me when I just how much it was going to be. Guy was nasty and mean. Then my mom called to tell them we would pay and pick it up tomaro the owner was rude to her over the phone. Only nice person was the new guy at the front desk very nice guy. Norman came to get my hubby's Dodge Ram from Porter st this morning. Broke down. He was so quick, professional, all and all hes a great guy. Great customer service. Next time I'll bypass AAA and call you guys directly. Thank you for your service today.
Norman, from Axle and Spindle, was an absolute gem. He was dispatched to us through AAA for a flat tire on the interstate and turned what was a horrible morning into something to be grateful for. He made sure my husband and I got to his truck safely before loading our car onto the flatbed and taking us to the dealership close by. He has a heart of gold and it was truly a pleasure. So for the second time within the last two years I’ve had to have my 1999 Jeep Cherokee towed and Triple A contacted Axle and Spindle To take care of the towing… Each time I’ve had this wonderful wonderful gentleman, by the name of Norm handle my towing.. Just wanna say I have never had a more polite, friendly, and the absolutely nicest gentleman tow my vehicle.. my Jeep is not a perfect looking vehicle. I had a wonderful experience with Axle & Spindle! Norman (truck #6) rescued my car from a grocery store parking lot when I had a flat tire! He was incredibly kind and personable and I really appreciated that he took the time to speak with me and put me at ease throughout an otherwise highly stressful situation. I also really admired his kid-friendly attitude!! I highly recommend Norman from Axle & Spindle!!
