Norman arrived promptly to my house to tow my car to the dealership. He was very kind and very knowledgeable about Subarus. I had a very good experience with Norman and would recommend Axle and Spindle.
After work one evening, my car refused to start and I reached out to AAA to tow it home. Less than 1 minute after submitting the request, I had a call from Luis at Axle & Spindle, who explained that he was just around the corner and would be with me in a few minutes. I just had a tow from Norman. He was the most professional and fun guy I have ever dealt with, we had great conversations and he gave me input on how to get my car fixed. Axle and spindle should be proud to have an employee like Norman!
Was involved in a crash (police immediately found me not at fault). My car was towed here. I told them the registration was in the glove box since they wouldn’t let me get to it. They “couldn’t find it” so it was a huge hassle to get my car, that I had towed there. When I finally got to my car, I found the regulation in the glove box like I had said it was 🙄,
Norman picked up my boyfriend and myself in South Windsor today and it was top notch service! Truck #6. Called in and he was there within 25 minutes. Thank you so much for your kindness!
