Communication was terrible, bill was $2000 above what was quoted and was not advised instead just given a bill and was told vehicle will not be released until balance is paid. They also wanted etransfer or debit and only notify me of this when trying to pay with a credit card. Was promised vehicle would be ready in a week but took 2 and a half weeks. Over all experience was very poor. They also know that not much shops repair axle and they take advantage of situations.

One Star - Dishonest and Untrustworthy Absolutely terrible experience. I was quoted a reasonable price for a repair, but after the job was done, I received a fake invoice charging me three times the agreed amount. When I questioned the charges, the mechanic stopped responding to my calls altogether. This is blatant fraud and completely unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone to stay away — don’t risk being scammed like I was.
