I've used this company for packaging for my e-commerce business for the past 3 years. I recently came back to them with evidence that my job was not produced as it was specified. I requested either a discount on the order or a reprint, and the sales agent wanted to "get on the phone" with me to discuss options. I requested we continue by email and pressed them to write what their resolution would be, and the agent stopped responding. Beware.
If you're picking up a load be ready to back into a tight dock blind side. It's not impossible but very difficult. If you're not as good as I am at this (I did it with a W900b studio sleeper) try to avoid this place. Besides that, the people here are friendly and work fast.
Not a 3 hotel. I would say 2 s because the bed is comfortable. No coffee in rooms or in hotel lobby. Have to leave hotel to get food and drinks. Parking is free, so that's good.
Truck drivers! Pls be ready for a challenge to backup to this place.
