I arrived at 0830hrs for my 1000hrs appointment. They told me to come back and check in at 0930hrs. Driver that checked in before me had 1100hrs appointment and they gave him door right away. Apparently they are by appointments only if that works for them.

It’s tight to dock, mostly due to other drivers crowding you and having no situational awareness. If you are picking up here, back into a parking spot when you check in so you’re not blocking all the other drivers. The guys at the shipping desk are American and speak fluent English. I picked up a broker’s blown appt load and was still loaded in under 90 mins. Good shipper!
